Background and challenge

Hong Kong-style hot milk tea needs both shelf appearance and microwave convenience; standard PET is not suitable for high-temperature heating.

Approach

A cylindrical food-grade heat-resistant PP bottle was used, allowing microwave heating with the cap removed while keeping the milk tea appearance.

Result

FT-007 250ml and FT-013 320ml are used for hot milk tea and coffee; consumers can heat with the cap removed.
