Background and challenge

Traditional wellness drinks can deform after hot filling, while the bottle also needs a flat label surface.

Approach

Two sides stay smooth for labeling; the other two sides use relief panels that flex inward under negative pressure.

Result

The body stays upright after cooling and the label surface remains flat; the exact model is confirmed per project.
